Progressive Real Estate brokers named among Inland’s best in 2022

Five brokers with Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga have been named among Inland Empire’s top retail brokers by CoStar, the real estate information and analytics firm in Washington, D.C.

Monica Dal Bianco-West, Paul Galmarini, Roxy Klein, Albert Lopez, and Paul Su all received a CoStar’s Power Broker Award for 2022, which was announced in March, according to a statement on Progressive’s website.

The awards, announced in March, “recognizes those professionals who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their respective markets,” the statement reads.

Last year, Progressive closed 104 lease transactions in more than 30 cities throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Those deals, the most on any Inland brokerage, covered more than 440,000 square feet of property. They included several national tenants, including Target, Nordstrom Rack, Planet Fitness, Starbucks, and Dunkin.

“I am extremely proud that CoStar Group has honored five of our retail leasing team with this prestigious industry award,” said Brad Umansky, Progressive president, in the statement. “This recognition is all the more meaningful [because]  there were only 10 leasing brokers in the Inland Empire who received this distinction.”
