Promenade to Get New Tenants

The Promenade at Temecula will add two new retailers to its tenant mix next year.

Luna Grill, a Mediterranean restaurant with healthy menu options that include gourmet salads wholesome wraps, is scheduled to open its first Riverside County location at the Promenade, according to a statement.

The restaurant will be in the Promenade’s outdoor area across from the Edwards Theatre.

The second new tenant, LaserAway, is a medical spa that concentrates on laser hair treatment and tattoo removal. It will open next to Karen Allen Avida Spa & Salon’s current indoor location.

Finally, Karen Allen Avida will move to the mall’s outdoor area, which is currently being expanded. Its new location will be next to the Yard House restaurant.

Both new retailers, along with Karen Allen Avida, are scheduled to set up shop in their new locations next spring. Exact opening dates were not released.

“This new mix of retailers will expand the selection of healthy lifestyle options and provide fresh new alternatives for local shoppers in the upcoming year,” said Kym Espinosa, the Promenade’s director of marketing, in a statement. “We are elevating our
customers’ shopping experience and enhancing our center with a continued focus on health and wellness.”

Forest City, the Promenade’s developer and manager, recently submitted a redevelopment plan to the city of Temecula, and these new tenants are considered an early part of that plan, Espinosa said in the statement.

Details of that redevelopment plan have not been made public.
