An industrial park in Rancho Cucamonga has sold for $21.5 million.
The project, at 9007-9087 Arrow Route, was purchased by Teamrise International in Pasadena, according to a statement.
The seller was Focus Real Estate Services LLC in Newport Beach, which has owned the property for three and major upgrades to it during that time.
The buyer was represented by KMBJ Inc., the seller by Voit Real Estate Services.
