Rental community goes online

A 22-acre residential rental community has opened in La Quinta.

SolTerra Luxury Rental Homes consists of 131 three or four-bedroom single-family homes, according to a statement.

The project broke ground in January 2022 and took about two years to complete. The one-and two-story houses include large open floor plans, two-bay garages, smart home accessories, and covered decks and/or ground floor patios.

The community was developed by Shopoff Realty Investments in Irvine and Argosy Realty Partners’ San Francisco office. It includes small parks, a pool, clubhouse and gym.

Rental rates were not disclosed.
