A property near Ontario Mills that is occupied by a Mexican food restaurant has been sold for $4.6 million.
The 5,535-square-foot building at 4423 Mills Circle is home to Culichi Town, according to SRS Real Estate Partners’ Newport Beach office.
SRS represented the seller, a Southern California developer whose name was not released. The buyer was Culichi Lounge, Inc.
“As an outparcel to Ontario Mills Mall, the restaurant has been performing well with area visitors and residents,” said Matthew Mousavi, managing principal with SRS, in the statement. “We were able to secure multiple offers, finance, and move forward on a successful close.”
The restaurant, which sits on 1.3 acres is a model for the chain’s future restaurants. It’s at Fourth Street and Milliken Avenue just off Interstate 15.
Culichi Town operates 16 restaurants throughout California, Texas, Arizona and Nevada, according to the company’s website.
