Two retail buildings near Highland Village Shopping Center in Fontana have been sold.
The structures, both of which have tenants, are at 16918-16938 S. Highland Ave., next to the shopping center at Highland and Sierra avenues, according to Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors.
Both buildings combined cover more than 13,500 square and sold for $11 million, according to Hanley Investment, which negotiated the sale.
Tenants include Cafe Rio, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Fatburger, Oggi’s Pizza, AB Barber and Crumbl Cookies.
The seller was Adler Realty Investments, which built the Sprouts-anchored shopping center in 2018-2019. The buyer was a private investor in Beverly Hills whose name was not released.
This is the eighth property Hanley Investment has sold at Highland Village. Those properties totaled more than 61,000 square feet and changed hands for a combined $40.8 million, according to Hanley Investment.
