WestMar Commercial Real Estate in Temecula has announced three lease signings in southwest Riverside County.
Juice It Up, the juice bar chain that specializes in real fruit smoothies, has agreed to lease 1,131 square feet of retail space at Vail Headquarters at Red Hawk Town Center, according to a statement.
The space is at 32127 Temecula Parkway.
Buffalo Co. Salon has agreed to lease 1,240 square feet of office space at the same address, where it will operate a barber shop, according to the statement.
ItsPayd Inc., an e-commerce service in Temecula, has leased 985 square feet of office space at the Rancho Temecula Center. The company plans to operate a software development business there, according to the statement.
Terms of the leases were not released.
