Retail portfolio sold

Three retail properties in French Valley have been sold for $17.3 million.

The properties are adjacent to French Valley Marketplace, a 78,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 35958 Winchester Road, according to a statement.

SRS Real Estate Partners in Newport Beach negotiated the sale. Buyer and seller were described only as private investors from Southern California.

The three parcels are:

  • A 16,000-square-foot property occupied by Grocery Outlet;
  • An 11,115-square-foot new property to be occupied by Rite Aid, which is which is expected to open later this year;
  • A 5,600-square-foot property that includes Quick Quack Car Wash and a Chipotle. The car wash is expected to open next spring.

French Valley is an unincorporated community in southwest Riverside County near Murrieta and Temecula.
