A 36-unit apartment complex in Riverside has been sold.
The property, at 3801 Madison St. and 7469 Magnolia Ave., sold for $5.5 million to a local buyer whose name was not released, CBRE announced Tuesday.
The seller, from San Diego, also was not identified. The corner complex had not changed hands in 40 years.
The complex is within walking distance of Cal Baptist University and features 18 one-bedroom and 18 two-bedroom units. Amenities include a swimming pool, multiple laundry facilities and covered and open off-street parking spaces.
