Riverside City Hall will reopen for in-person service Wednesday.
Community members will be able to make appointments for meetings with elected officials and city employees in-person, by phone, or virtually by calling 311 for contact information, according to a statement on the city’s website.
The city’s One Stop Shop, a series of third-floor workstations from different departments that helps streamline projects, will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Customers will be served in order of appearance.
Also scheduled to reopen are the public utilities payment center, passport service, and Brandon’s Diner Jr., which is in the lobby.
State physical distancing guidelines will be followed, and face coverings will be required at all times. Customer resource centers will have self-service temperature devices and hand sanitizing in the lobby and on each floor. Visitors must check in at the lobby kiosk for a temporary picture badge.
