A 13.9-acre industrial storage facility in Riverside has been sold.
The facility at 1595-1600 Columbia Ave. was purchased by Alterra IOS for an undisclosed sum, according to a statement released by the company.
Alterra IOS, which has purchased more than 400 storage facilities nationwide, bought the property from Greenlaw Partners LLC, a full-service commercial real estate company in Irvine.
Colliers marketed the property, which is fully leased, and represented both parties in the negotiations.
The facility features 13 structures and is one of only a few IOS facilities in that part of the Inland Empire with dual rail service, which is provided by BNSF and Santa Fe railroads. It also has easy access to Interstates 91, 215 and 10, according to the statement.
