Dominique Samario has been named Menifee’s first public information officer.
Previously the public information officer in Santa Barbara and Goleta, Samario began work Aug. 17, according to a statement on the city’s website
She will oversee Menifee’s communications, governmental relations, and community engagement efforts while serving as the city’s spokesperson for community groups, businesses, the public, and media.
Samario will also help with the development and distribution of the city’s public information and communication materials.
“We are excited to welcome Dominique to the Menifee team,” said City Manager Armando Villa in the statement. “Her experience with community engagement and outreach will be an asset to the city as we continue to enhance our communications and multi-media platforms.”
