San Bernardino County has 1,489 confirmed cases of COVID-19, and 67 deaths related to the virus, according to statement on the county’s website.
Nearly 14,000 tests had been administered in the county for the potentially fatal virus as of Monday, the most recent data available.
County health officials are offering drive-thru tests this week. For locations and other information visit www.sbcounty.gov.
County officials also announced Wednesday that golf courses, parks and other outdoor recreation areas in the county will begin reopening this weekend.
Non-contact activities, including horseback riding, tennis and golf, will be allowed. But camping, parties and barbecues and contact sports are still prohibited, and social distancing rules will continue to be enforced, according to reports.
