San Bernardino library reopens

San Bernardino library to hold book sale

San Bernardino’s Norman F. Feldheym Library will hold book sales Jan. 20 and Jan. 27.

The events, scheduled to be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., will include books, magazines, DVDs and music, among other items, according to a statement on the city’s website.

Feldheym Library is at 555 W. Sixth St. The cash-only sale – nothing higher than a $20 bill will be accepted – will be held on the south side of the building.

The Friends of the San Bernardino Public Library are sponsoring both events. Money raised will pay for programs at Feldeyhm Library and the city’s other three public libraries.

For anyone who can’t attend either of the sales, books and music are available for purchase on Feldheym Library’s main floor next to the circulation department, according to the statement.
