Sandwich chain leases space in Eastvale

A national sandwich chain has leased space at an Eastvale shopping center.

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop will open a 1,300-square-foot store in the Merge retail center later this year, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Anchored by a Sprouts store, Merge covers 26 acres at the northeast corner of Limonite and Archibald avenues. It includes 70,000 square feet of retail and a 330,000-square-foot light industrial park.

Besides Sprouts and a Starbucks drive-thru, both of which opened recently, Dog Haus, Noodle St., Pure Barre, Kumon, and Carbon Health are expected to open at Merge.

Capriotti’s is a fast-casual chain with more than 110 restaurants in 15 states. The Merge location will be among its first in the Inland Empire, according to Progressive Real Estate.
