A 35-unit apartment complex in San Bernardino has been sold for $5 million.
Las Brisas Apartments, at 3665 N. E St., is a two-story gated community near San Bernardino Valley College that was recently purchased by a private investor who asked to remain anonymous, according to CBRE.
“The seller found a property he wanted to purchase and wanted to divest of this one quickly,” said Cray Carlson, senior vice president with CBRE Ontario and a member of the negotiating team, in a statement. “Las Brisas went under contract just two days after it was put on the market and closed escrow in less than 60 days.”
Las Brisas has 26 one-bedroom and nine two-bedroom apartments, all with one bath, according to the statement.
