SB County releases latest COVID-19 data

Two hundred and seventy-four more people in San Bernardino County have tested positive for COVID-19.

There were 962 county deaths as of Saturday, and county officials reported no more Sunday, according to multiple reports. 

An average of 5.3 deaths per day were reported last week.

Also, 170 confirmed cases and 54 suspected cases were reported at county hospitals Saturday. The number of confirmed COVID-19 patients in San Bernardino County was up nearly 12 percent last week compared with the previous week.

More than 648,000 people in San Bernardino County have been tested for COVID-19 and 56,522 or 8.63% have come back positive.
