Shopping center gets refinanced

A 99,000-square-foot retail center in Riverside has been refinanced with a $12.8 million loan.

The property is part of the Citrus Landing shopping center and is anchored by Stater Bros. Auto Zone and Ross Dress For Less, according to a statement.

Located at 7200 Arlington Ave. the parcel also includes six separate retail pads that are home to fast-food tenants, a credit union, and a car wash.

Gantry Inc., which specializes in commercial real estate financing and lending, arranged the five-year loan on behalf of the borrower, a private real estate entity whose name was not released.
