University Village in Riverside is on the market.
The center, whose tenants include Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Denny’s and Regency Theatres is available for $45 million, according to a report in The Press-Enterprise.
University Village is at 1201 University Ave. near the main entrance to UC Riverside and University Village Towers, the school’s primary student housing facility.
It opened in 1996 and was meant to be a lifestyle center for students, the report stated.
CBRE Group Inc. is marketing the property.
