A retail property in Riverside County that will soon be occupied by EoS Fitness has been sold for $13.3 million.
The transaction includes the 38,000-square-foot building at 35914 Winchester Road in French Valley that EoS expects to move into later this month, according to SRS Retail Partners in Newport Beach.
SRS represented the seller, a private investor whose name was not released. The buyer was also a private investor who wished to remain anonymous.
Both parties are based in Southern California. The transaction was announced Aug. 1.
EoS will be part of the French Valley Marketplace, a 78,400-square-foot shopping center that incudes Grocery Outlet, McDonald’s, Chipotle, and 7-Eleven, among others, according to SRS.
French Valley is an unincorporated community near Temecula.
