Stater Bros. has new logo

Stater Bros. is giving itself a new look.

The San Bernardino-based supermarket chain has placed its updated logo at nine of its stores, most recently at one of its three Tustin locations, according to a statement on the company’s website.

Stater Bros. has also completed interior renovations on 38 stores, and will have completed another seven by the end of the October.

Ultimately, all Stater Bros. stores – there are currently 172 – will feature the new look.

“We realized the exterior of our stores did not reflect the extensive efforts we’ve made to the inside of our stores,” Chief Executive Officer Pete Van Helden said in the statement. “The approach to our brand refresh was to achieve a look that pays homage to our company’s rich history, while reflecting the ongoing progress of the Stater Bros. brand and its offerings.”
