Stater Bros. Charities has donated $150,000 to 13 food banks in Southern California.
The donations, part of Stater Bros.’ “Harvesting Hope in Our Community” program, were announced this week. They include a $30,000 grant to the Inland Empire chapter of The Salvation Army and $20,000 each to the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County and the Second Harvest Food Bank in Riverside, according to a statement.
Stater Bros., the largest private employer in the Inland Empire, donates to more than 100 food banks in Southern California every year, according to the statement.
