The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors was scheduled Tuesday to discuss possible changes to the San Bernardino County Museum.
Board members were to consider changes recommended by San Francisco-based Museum Management Consultants Inc., including a new director, developing a short-term “bridge” plan and updating the facility’s five-year strategic plan once a new director is hired, according to a report in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin.
The board’s goal is to have a new director on the job by the end of the year. The museum is up for re-accreditation with the American Alliance of Museums in two years, according to the report.
