Temecula lands bowling/entertainment center

Round 1 Bowling and Amusement, a family-oriented entertainment center, is coming to Temecula.

The company plans to open a 50,000-square-foot facility on the first floor of the Sears building inside the Promenade Mall, according to a statement on the city’s website.

The entertainment center is expected to open during the spring of next year.

Seritage Growth Properties, owner of the Sears building, is renovating the property to accommodate Round 1 and some small shops and stores.

Sears will continue to operate on the second floor after the renovation, although in a smaller space, according to the statement.
