Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is looking for tenants for an industrial project in Lake Elsinore.
Big Yards Industrial Park at Lake Elsinore is being built at 29370 – 29415 Hunco Way, near Central and Collier avenues west of Interstate 15, according to a statement.
When finished, the project will have eight free-standing buildings available for sale or lease. They will range from 9,794 to 57,368 square feet, with the project covering nearly 163,000 square feet.
Randy Lockhart, executive managing director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and Jeff Kalmikov, an associate with the company, are representing the developer, Temecula-based Southern California Investors.
Southern California Investors has built more than one dozen commercial and industrial projects in southwest Riverside County.
Three of the structures at Big Yards Industrial Park are in escrow to parties whose names aren’t being released, according to the statement.
