A Riverside building occupied by Tesla has been sold for $21 million.
The 53,100-square-foot building is used by the automotive and clean energy company as a sales, service and delivery center, according to a statement.
The building sits on a 10.3-acre parcel of land at 7920 Lindbergh Dr, west of I-215 and south of Alessandro Blvd.
The seller was JRC Real Estate Investment LLC in Corona, the buyer NKL&D LLC. Voit Real Estate Services represented the seller, while Lee & Associates negotiated on behalf of the buyer.
The sale price worked out to $47.82 per square foot.
