A building in Indio occupied by the Texas Roadhouse steakhouse chain has been sold.
The 16,600-square-foot building at the southeast corner of Jackson Street and 42nd Avenue sold for $3 million, according to a statement.
Mountain Group, a real estate developer in Santa Ana that bought the property in 2018, was the seller. The buyer was LHF Properties LLC and H and G, a joint venture.
The building is part of Indio Towne Center, a 560,000-square-foot center anchored by WinCo Foods and Home Depot. Speciality tenants include Marshalls, Ulta, Burlington, and CVS Pharmacy.
The sale price is $181 per square foot.
Founded in 1993, Texas Roadhouse is based in Louisville, Ky. It has more than 600 locations in 10 countries, according to the company’s website.
Its Indio restaurant, the chain’s first in the Coachella Valley, opened in September.
