A third-party logistics company has leased space in Fontana.
iDc Logistics Inc. will occupy all of the 189,523-square-foot building at 10,840 Cherry Ave., according to CBRE.
The building is owned by Chartwell Real Estate Development in Irvine, which specializes in industrial and commercial properties in Southern California and throughout the western United States.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
iDc Logistics is based in Lynwood, about 10 miles from the Port of Long Beach. It is an “end-to-end” operator and handles clients who move goods to some of the largest retailers in the world, according to the company’s website.
iDc expect to be operating out of the building by the end of June.
