A third-party logistics company in Ontario has leased a 258,737 square-foot industrial building in Rialto.
DCG Fulfillment will begin occupying the building in December, according to a statement released today by the building’s owner, Dermody Properties in Reno, Nev.
Financial terms of the five-year lease were not disclosed. DCG Fulfillment, a family-owned business that operates on the west coast, will be the building’s sole tenant.
Located at 1645 W. Renaissance Parkway, the building is part of LogistiCenter at Rialto II, an industrial park that was completed this year. It’s part of Renaissance Rialto, a master-planned development near three major freeways, including Interstate 15.
“Southern California’s low vacancy rate, particularly in the Inland Empire, poses a challenge to companies looking for space,” said Elizabeth Kauchak, Dermody’s chief operating officer. “However, we continue to see demand and leasing activity happening just as quickly as we’re acquiring and developing new projects in the region, which is why we remain focused on seeking out those strategic opportunities for our customers.”
CBRE represented Dermody Properties in the lease negotiations. DCG Fulfillment was represented by Newmark.
