Two Quick Quack Car Wash properties in San Bernardino County have been sold for a combined $5.2 million.
Both facilities were built recently and have a 20-year ground lease attached to them, according to Hanley Investment Group in Corona Del Mar, which negotiated for the sellers in both transactions.
The first, at 15601 Main St. in Hesperia, was sold by a private developer in North San Diego County to a private developer in Los Angeles for $5.2 million. The car wash covers 3,600 square‑feet on one acre on the Main Street retail corridor, one of Hesperia’s busiest commercial streets.
“Quick Quack continues to be one of the most sought‑after net‑lease car wash operators in the country, and the Hesperia sale reflects the strong demand we are seeing from private buyers,” said Bill Asher, executive vice president with Hanley Investment Group, in the statement.
The second, at 297 East Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino, sold for $2.6 million. Both parties also wished to remain anonymous.
The site is next to the Tri‑City Corporate Centre, a 153‑acre, 1.7‑million‑square‑foot office and retail project. An estimated 55,000 vehicles pass by the site on a typical day, according to Hanley Investment Group.
