Cardenas Markets, the Ontario-based Hispanic supermarket chain, has expanded its partnership with Uber.
The San Francisco-based mobility service provider now offers on-demand and scheduled deliveries from all of Cardenas’ 59 locations, according to a statement.
Now, Cardenas customers may have their groceries delivered to their home by Uber Eats.
“Our partnership with Uber Eats demonstrates Cardenas Markets robust e-commerce expansion,” said Adam Salgado, the company’s chief marketing officer, in the statement. “We are consistently looking for ways to make the Cardenas Market shopping experience even more convenient and accessible for our customers.”
Cardenas is one of the largest Hispanic supermarket chains in the United States, with stores in California, Nevada and Arizona. Fifty two stores are called Cardenas and seven Cardenas Ranch Markets, according to the statement.
