UC Riverside has been named one of The Princeton Review’s “Best Value Colleges” for 2024, the fifth consecutive year the school has been named among that group.
The Inland Empire’s largest university was one of 209 institutions of higher learning to earn that distinction out of 605 surveyed, according to a statement on the university’s website.
Seventy five public and 134 private colleges and universities made the list, which was released June 20. The schools, which were not ranked, were evaluated based on return on investment for a school’s graduates.
Academics, affordability, and career outcomes were also taken into account.
UC Riverside was the only Inland college or university to be named among the country’s “best value” institutions.
The Princeton Review is a tutoring, test prep, and college admission service that helps millions of college and graduate school–bound students reach their education and career goals, according to the company’s website.
It is not affiliated with Princeton University.
