The University of Redlands and Riverside Community College have formed an alliance that will make it easier for the community college’s business students to transfer into Redlands’ School of Business, where they can pursue a bachelor’s degree.
Students who obtain a bachelor’s degree may then enroll in the university’s masters in business administration program, according to a statement.
The agreement provides a tuition discount for qualified community college students who transfer into the bachelor degree program at the University of Redlands School of Business, which is Riverside.
Also, community college employees, spouses, and domestic partners will also receive a tuition discount on all School of Business programs, according to the statement.
“Our mission is to provide a student-centered education by creating pathways for student success,” said Thomas Horan, University of Redlands School of Business, in the statement. “Some of those pathways are for our traditional students, and others are for non-traditional students and working professionals who juggle multiple priorities while pursuing their education. This partnership with Riverside Community College is exciting because it is an opportunity for both types of students to realize their education goals.”
