Construction is expected to begin this spring on a 340-unit upscale apartment complex in Redlands.
The Crossings at Redlands will be developed by The UCR Group, a property acquisition and development company in Redlands, according to a statement.
The project, at West Lugonia Avenue and Nevada Street just east of Splash Kingdom Water Park, will consist of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom den and carriage unit apartments.
It will be within walking distance of three major retail centers – Citrus Plaza, Mountain Grove Shopping Plaza and Redlands Town Center – and next to Circa2020, a similar project that The UCR Group opened last spring.
Amenities will include a 12,000-square-foot lobby and clubhouse, e-lounge, fitness center, business center and an entertainment/theater lounge. Common areas will include barbecues, cabanas, swimming pools and spas.
The Crossings at Redlands will be located in a part of the city that is undergoing major improvements, including expansions of the nearby VA Rehabilitation Center and the Loma Linda Medical Center, according to the statement.
