Victorville retail center sold

A retail center in Victorville has been sold for $7 million.

Victor Town Center, a three-tenant facility at 1498 7th St., was sold by PacWest Management Inc. in Los Angeles to a private investor in Los Angeles who wished to remain anonymous, according to Hanley Investment Group in Corona Del Mar.

Hanley Investment Group, along with Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga represented PacWest Management in the all-cash transaction.

A Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic (21,930 square feet), dd’s DISCOUNTS (25,720 square feet) and a Tesla Supercharger station with 16 stalls are the three tenants.

Located at 7th Street and La Paz Drive near Interstate 15, an estimated 24,280 vehicles pass by Victor Town Center on a typical day. The property recently underwent $600,000 in capital improvements, according to Hanley Investment Group.
