Warehouse-distribution center slated for Perris

A 295,000-square-foot warehouse-distribution center will be built on a 14-acre parcel in Perris.

Patterson Commerce Center will be at Patterson Avenue and Nance Street next to the Optimus Logistics Center, a 1.4 million square foot, two-building project, according to a statement.

New York-based Rockefeller Group, which developed Optimum Logistics Center, will develop Patterson Commerce Center on land it bought for $13.4 million from an anonymous buyer.

That site is near Interstate 215, Interstate 10, and the 60 Freeway.

“Tenant demand for quality Class-A industrial buildings in the Inland Empire East remains strong for right-sized buildings,” said Brett W. Anderson, vice president of Rockefeller Group’s western regional office, in the statement.  “We are confident that Patterson Commerce Center’s location and size will attract a quality tenant looking for mid-size industrial space.”

Construction is expected to start in September and be finished by next summer, according to the statement.

  1. Harvil between Harley Knox and Nuevo needs to be developed into a 4 Lane Rd with a Center turn lane and Emergency parking before ANY more developments are built! Where is the city Mayor who approved of this? This Area can’t handle anymore.
