Watts joins CSUSB fundraising

Raymond Watts is Cal State San Bernardino’s new associate vice president for philanthropic giving.

Watts takes over during “Our Defining Moment: The Campaign For CSUSB,” a $200 million fundraising effort that combines philanthropic fundraising with money raised for grant and research, according to a statement on the university’s website.

Most recently Watts was associate vice president for development at Claremont McKenna College. He also spent 17 years at the University of Redlands, where he held several leadership positions,

“We are thrilled to welcome Raymond Watts as the new associate vice president for philanthropic giving at Cal State San Bernardino,” said Robert J. Nava, executive director of CSUSB’s philanthropic foundation, in the statement. “Raymond brings with him an impressive track record in university advancement.”
