Joel Bordes, a real estate broker for more than 15 years, has joined SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Murrieta.
An investment sales specialist, Bordes most recently was chief financial officer for Truax Development in Temecula, according to a statement.
A native of France, Bordes is also executive vice president of finance for FRB Capital, a financial intermediary and advisory firm. He has overseen the acquisition, financing, development and management of more than three million square feet of commercial real estate.
“Joel Bordes is a valuable addition to our Murrieta office,” said Managing Director Brett Larson in the statement. “His extensive background in finance is a tremendous asset that will help us provide our clients with a more comprehensive vision for their real estate investments.”
