Brad Umansky, owner and president of Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga, has been named president of the Real Estate Brokers Network.
Umansky will “represent the organization at industry events, recruit new firms, lead networking events and share brokerage “best practice” between the 57 RBN member offices,” according to a statement.
Umansky has more than 25 years of retail real estate experience. Progressive, a boutique firm, has completed more than 1,000 lease and sale transactions including $1 billion in sold investment properties.
“I’m excited to be RBN’s new president at this important time in the retail industry,” Umansky said in the statement. “I look forward to working with the executive team to provide the brokers in our network with valuable resources that they can use to help our collective clients achieve their retail real estate goals.”
Founded in 1992, the Retail Brokers Network is a national networking group whose members specialize in retail real estate brokerage. It has 57 independent commercial retail real estate offices in 40 states, according to the statement.
