A 3.9-acre parcel in Chino that includes two industrial buildings has been sold.
The property, at 3612 and 3638 Philadelphia St., changed hands for an undisclosed sum, according to Alison Young, which help arrange the sale.
The seller was based in Phoenix, the buyer in the Inland Empire. Further information about either party was not released.
The property includes a 975-square-foot and a 1,164-square-foot building, a fenced yard, and a gated entry. It is near the 60,100, 57 and 71 freeways, and is eight miles from Ontario International Airport, according to the statement.
