San Bernardino County has converted five COVID-19 test sites into vaccination sites, a move it has dubbed Operation Flip.
Three of the five sites – Montclair Place, the National Orange Show Event Center in San Bernardino and the Rancho Cucamonga Sports Complex – are places where people already shop, run errands or attend classes, according to a statement on the county’s website.
Those three clinics ware open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
The Pfizer vaccine will be offered at Montclair, San Bernardino and Rancho Cucamonga. Adelanto is providing the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which requires only one dose.
Walk-ups are welcome but appointments are encouraged. Walk-ups don’t need to bring any medical or personal information, but they may have to wait longer.
