American Business Bank has been ranked among the top 50 community banks by S&P Global Market Intelligence.
The San Diego-based bank, which does much business in the Inland Empire, is one of 10 California banks that made last year’s top 50 list, the most of any state.
Banks with $3 billion to $10 billion are classified as community banks. American Business Bank listed $3.77 billion in assets for 2021.
“We are grateful to be recognized for the bank’s exceptional performance in 2021,” said Leon Blankstein, American Business Bank’s president and chief executive officer, in the statement. “This accomplishment is a testament to our commitment to serving and supporting the banking needs of the business communities in Southern California.”
Based in Los Angeles, American Business Bank has seven loan production offices in Southern California, including locations in Corona and Ontario.
