Luther Snoke has had interim removed from his title.
Snoke has been named the county’s chief executive officer by the board of supervisors after serving briefly in that role on an interim basis, according to a statement on the county’s website.
“Throughout his time with the county, Luther has effectively managed department operations, which has translated to maximum efficiency and quality public service,” said Dawn Rowe, chairwoman of the board of supervisors, in the statement. “I’m very confident in his ability to continue expanding and improving the services we provide to our residents.”
Snoke, who began working for the county in 2013, was chief operating officer before being named interim chief executive officer, according to the statement.
