Panda Express has opened its second location in Chino.
The restaurant is at 8329 Pine Ave. in the Town Center at the Preserve, a 24-acre shopping center that opened last year, according to a statement.
A grand opening ceremony hosted by the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce was held May 20. The first 88 attendees received a free Panda Express t-shirt.
The location has an updated store design – Panda Home – bases in part on traditional Chinese architecture
“Our Panda team is grateful to serve the Chino community by providing jobs and supporting local organizations through fundraising,” said Celia Cruz, the company’s area coach of operations, in the statement.
Town Center tenants include Chipotle, Cold Stone Creamery, Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s and Panera Bread.
Panda Express is a fast-food chain the serves American-style Chinese cuisine. Its other Chino location is at the Chino Spectrum Town Center, 4021 Grand Ave.
