Dennis Zhang, a veteran retail and industrial broker, has come back to CBRE.
Zhang, most recently a senior vice president with Lee & Associate Ontario, now holds the same title at CBRE Ontario, according to a statement.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dennis back to the CBRE family,” said Ian Britton, senior managing director at CBRE, in the statement. “Dennis’ deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and proven track record will be invaluable to our team and our clients.”
Zhang began his career at CBRE in 2007, where he worked for more than nine years. Starting in 2010, Zhang was the office’s top retail broker for six consecutive years, according to the statement.
