Frank Basirico has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of AltaPacific Bancorp and its subsidiary, AltaPacific Bank.
Basirico, who joined the company in 2009, has served as its senior executive vice president and chief operating officer since October 2015, according to a statement.
He has been on the board of directors of both entities since May 2014.
“Frank’s professional relationships within the banking industry continue to create new opportunities for the bank and further advance our strategic expansion initiatives,” said Charles O. Hall, chief executive officer, in the statement. “Frank is a well-respected Banker who continues to remain focused on building value for our employees, customers and stakeholders.”
Santa Rosa-based Alta Pacific has a strong presence in the Inland Empire, with branch offices in Temecula, Ontario and Riverside, according to the statement.
