An ARCO gas station-AM/PM Convenience Store in Apple Valley has been sold for $7.9 million.
That price includes both businesses and the land they’re located on at 15333 Rancherias Road, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners.
Both the seller and the buyer are Inland Empire private investors who wished to remain anonymous.
Built in 1998, the Arco station features six dispensers and16 fueling positions, while the convenience store recently received updated equipment and increased inventory.
More than 40,000 residents with an average household income of more than $110,000 live within a three-mile radius of the site, according to the statement.
