A dealership in the Hemet Auto Mall has been sold.
Gosch Toyota was sold to Kevin Naderi, general manager of Toyota of Hemet, for an undisclosed sum, according to a statement.
Kerrigan Advisors assisted Gosch Toyota, which is part of the Gosch Auto Group, in the sale.
Based in Irvine, Kerrigan Advisors is a sell-side advisor that specializes in automobile dealership transactions. A sell-side advisor is a financial firm that a helps a business sell itself to another business.
“After 60 years of doing business in this community, it was important to our family to transition the dealership to the right buyer for our valuable Toyota franchise,” said Marc Gosch, co-owner of Gosch Auto Group, in the statement. “We thank Kerrigan Advisors for helping us to do just that.”
The Hemet Auto Mall is at the 74 Freeway and Warren Road.
