A beauty supply retailer plans to open its second Southern California store in Rancho Cucamonga.
Beauty4U has purchased a 4,972-square-foot freestanding building across the street from Victoria Gardens, where it plans to locate later this year, according to a statement released Monday by Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
An exact opening date was not released.
The 15-year-old structure at 12367 Foothill Blvd. sold for $2.2 million. Progressive represented the seller, a Los Angeles investor whose name was not released.
An estimated 434,000 residents who earn more than $105,000 a year live within a 15-minute drive of the future store’s location, according Progressive.
Beauty4U was founded in 2000. It sells high-quality beauty products including hair care, styling tools, wigs and cosmetics, according to the statement.
Progressive is a boutique real estate brokerage that specializes in small to medium-sized retail transactions in the Inland region.
