Car wash portfolio sold

Three Inland Empire car washes have been sold for an undisclosed sum.

The facilities in Hesperia, Apple Valley and San Bernardino were bought by three Southern California investors who wished to remain anonymous, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.

Progressive represented the seller, an Arizona investor who also wished to remain anonymous.

The three car washes are:

  • Apple Valley Auto Spa, 10570 Bear Valley Road;
  • G Car Wash (formerly Bear Valley Car Wash),16575 Bear Valley Road, Hesperia;
  • Happy Boy Car Wash, 1250 East Highland Avenue, San Bernardino.

All three entities were not operating at the time they were sold. The Hesperia and Apple Valley car washes have re-opened, and the San Bernardino is expected to re-open next year, according to the statement.

A Pomona car wash was also part of the transaction.
